Birthday lunch with a splendid view at Tillies | Grand Cayman| Vegan Restaurant

Hola Amigos! 

I am exploring new places to eat on the Island and this place is quite special as we celebrated my birthday here! 

Just like its name Tillies, the place is quite bubbly and has great ambiance. The entrance is a gallery filled with beautiful climbers and variety of green plants. 

As soon as you cross the corridor, you will be able to see the ocean and trust me it is a breathtaking view. I wasn't expecting it to be this good, and suddenly when the sea view strikes, it rejuvenates you to the core. 

The outside setup is as good as their food. Their menu has plenty of different dishes and the taste is not compromised at all.

Being a vegetarian doesn't leave me with many options but vegetarians can enjoy here as much as others do. They serve vegan and gluten-free categories as well. My favorite dishes include Green Papaya Salad and Grilled eggplant served with coconut rice. In the drinks, I enjoyed Pink Mule with bread. For dessert, since it was my birthday, we ordered cake called Baked Alaska which was the highlight!

It is a wonderful place to hang-out with friends or if you want to go on a romantic date, you have the option of  taking a stroll along the beach while your order is being prepared. They have great music and perfect lightings. The best time to visit this place is late afternoon. They have happy hours too !

Tillies host Bollywood night every Wednesday and serves Indian food. I am yet to experience this Bollywood night experience. I will add my views here once I visit.
