A Mandatory visit to Crighton House on Christmas

Hola Amigos!

Christmas at Cayman Islands would be incomplete without visiting this garden-house which has approximately 2.5 million bulb display right in front of South shore apartment. Yes, you read it right! It is incredibly beautiful and bright inside out. If you are driving past the shamrock road, you can't miss this sight.

This tradition of annual lighting started 40 years ago by Crighton family where they display multiple themes for 12 days of Christmas. It is a delight for kids as they get lost in the engaging miniatures of their favorite Santa Claus! There are multiple miniature houses with different themes which is very engaging even for adults. You can take beautiful pictures with your favorite characters.

Anybody can visit anytime, and the best part is they don't charge for it. It is absolutely free. It is open for residents as well as tourists! Just right besides the huge building , there is empty lot where visitors can park their vehicles.

Sharing with you all only a few pictures from my visit as I don't want to spoil your future visit to this place.

Apart from this place, you must ride along the south sound road of Grand Cayman, which has a spectacular display of decorative lights in all mansions out there. I always try to catch this mesmerizing sight and it is there for almost a week or two , so you will have plenty of time to enjoy it!

Thanks for reading and let me know in comments if you are planning to visit or already have visited this place.

Can't take off my eyes from the details !
