Reading Excursion at Spotts Beach | Books

Hola Amigos!

As much as I love to write, I enjoy reading as well .

 

One weekend, I decided to figure out a spot where I could spend few hours reading and relaxing.

I had heard about spott's beach from my friends, I checked few pictures on google and decided to go there .

I was lucky to get the parking on a Sunday afternoon! There were quite a lot of families enjoying their weekend . I started walking on the beach and spotted a perfect place to lay down on my towel and read without getting distracted. 

I went to this secluded table ,spread my towel there and took out the book I got from the public library. After ten to fifteen minutes of reading silently, I heard the flock of roosters which surrounded me as if they wanted to know what was I reading ! I looked at them - the mother, the father and the baby roosters and wondered , probably they are also here to enjoy the weekend !

They went away after making noises for sometime and finally I got back to the page where I left to reflect upon the lessons . I laid down for a while , even took a nap, then I saw a family who came with their dog . I enjoyed watching the go-getter dog play with the small girl who was throwing the ball into the water. Dogs can be really fun on the beach , I say it with experience. You can visit Humane society in the Cayman Islands if you want to have fun with the dogs. Humane Society conduct beach training for the dogs every weekend which can be a great place for you to start.

After few hours of reading, watching people and animals around the beach , I called it weekend and headed back towards home . 

I think sometimes these little breaks are all we need to improve our well-being.
