Hola Amigos!

I have bought few more plants which are good options for beginners like me .

And they would totally enhance the interiors and exteriors of your home. And if you are a person who likes to indulge in nature, it could be very rejuvenating to have a cup of tea by having them on your tea table ! In case you missed my previous post on indoor plants , please click on below link :

Indoor plants

1. Haworthiopsis Attenuata ($5)

I got this plant from Fosters. There were big sizes as well but I got a baby plant as I am quite confident that I can take good care of it and would enjoy to see it grow. It has white dots on the outer skin which resembles Zebra hence it's called Zebra plant.

Water Requirements :

It prefers dry succulent mix. There should be gap between watering.

It can be deep watered during summer months.

Light Conditions :

It prefers bright light and would be ideal to keep outside in the sun during early morning and late evenings.

2. Cholorophytum comosum ($11)

Also known as Spider Plant, this is excellent for beginners and easy to maintain.

They increase aesthetics of your living room and give it a rich look.

Water requirements :

They like medium moisture, not too dry, not too wet either! Do not let the soil dry out.

Light Conditions : 

They prefer bright indirect sunlight and medium light as well. Direct sunlight can give them burns.

Avoid direct sunlight.

They can be re-potted in bigger pot once a year. They also flower during spring if they are well taken care of.
